Perfect location The hotel was in the heart of the city. Close to the hop on hop off bus stop. Loads of bars and restaurants very close. Great communication from the hotel by whatsapp as the reception is not manned 24 hours. Message sent with all the codes to get into the hotel and the rooms. When they saw we had arrived they phoned us to check everything ok. We arrived at 9.30 in the morning and 5 of our 6 rooms were available for us. Nice modern bathroom. We were in 306 which is a big room. There is a terrace on the roof although in July it was too hot to sit on.There is a room to put your luggage in if you are leaving after 12 when you have to be out of your room. There is a machine in the reception area where you can purchase drinks and snacks. Unfortunateley there are building works going on opposite but they only work in the mornings so not a big problem. Obviously nothing the hotel can do about that.

EXCELENT Odanın balkonu ve katedral manzarası güzeldi. Herşey biz gelmeden hazırlanmış ve temizdi . İspanyaya gelmeden önce bilgilendirme eksiksiz yapıldı. Gelinceye kadar takibimiz de mükemmel yapıldı .

Está muy limpio y el aire muy fresquito. La cama muy cómoda Lo limpio que estaba Llegué antes de tiempo a hacer el check in a las 12, y tuve que esperar 5 min, pero fue cosa mia total, así que nada malo que decir, igualmente se estaba fresquito en los pasillos

Excellent location. The location was excellent. Could move anywhere on foot to see all the attractions. Luggage storage was an absolute favourite too, and it has no restrictions. This is key in the location as many hotels in this range do not offer luggage storage, so if you flight gets there before check in or after checkout, this is an absolute plus. The staff was also super helpful, despite not having a full time receptionist, especially since my luggage was delayed by the Airline and I couldn't easily coordinate with the delivery person when not at the hotel as he spoke only Spanish. They made sure to coordinate with the delivery person for me to get my luggage back without interrupting my work. There's no breakfast offered and no kettle in the room. If you're an impulsive tea or coffee drinker, you need to plan ahead and carry from the outside. It also has no fulltime receptionist.
